Is TikTok worth a test for your business?
Answer honestly. You’ll see how ready you are and the first thing to sort before you film anything.
I’ve seen people like my customers asking questions about what I do on TikTok
I know the one thing I want TikTok to bring me (enquiries, orders or bookings)
I could list five questions customers ask me before they buy
Someone who likes my video could easily contact me, book or buy
I can give it a set amount of time every week for four weeks
I’d know if a sale came from TikTok
You’re ready on
Answer each one to see where you are
Every “Not yet” is covered in the course, with a prompt that does the work with you.

Three useful videos. One next step that works.
Six core parts and a four week review. Each one has short slides, a prompt to copy into your AI Marketing Brain and a check, so you know you’re ready before you move on.
Decide if TikTok is right for you
Before you film anything, you’ll check whether people like your customers are on TikTok looking at the problem you solve. You’ll pick one thing you want it to bring you and set a weekly time limit you can keep. If another channel suits you better, you’ll know straight away and save yourself weeks.
Tools: TikTok search and Claude.
You’ll leave with: a clear yes or no, and what success means for your business.

Set up a profile that leads somewhere
Most people post first and wonder why nothing happens. You’ll build the next step before you film: a profile that says who you help, one place for interested people to go, and a tracked link so you can see what TikTok sends you. Then you test it on your phone as a customer would.
Tools: the TikTok app, your website or booking page, and Claude.
You’ll leave with: a profile and next step that actually work, and a simple enquiry log.

Find what your customers really ask
You don’t need to chase trends. You’ll start with the questions people already ask you before they buy, then check what they search for on TikTok. Claude turns it into a short filming list and tells you which ideas are its own guesses.
Tools: TikTok search, your own customer questions, and Claude.
You’ll leave with: your first three video topics, each linked to your offer.

Write openings that stop the right people
Every video follows the same simple shape: an opening that names the problem, a useful answer, and one next step. Claude writes three short scripts in your voice and checks with you before adding any numbers or big claims, so everything you say is true.
Tools: Claude and your AI Marketing Brain.
You’ll leave with: three scripts you’re happy to say out loud.

Film and post your first three videos
A phone, daylight and a quiet spot is all you need. Not keen on being on camera? Film your hands, your work or a demonstration and talk over it. You’ll get a filming plan, a checklist before you post, and the rules on music, ads labels and AI content so you stay on the right side of TikTok.
Tools: your phone, the TikTok app’s own editor, and Claude.
You’ll leave with: one video live and two more ready to go.

Turn comments and messages into enquiries
This is where a video becomes business. You’ll have replies ready for every kind of comment and message, answer the question first, then invite the next step. You’ll test the whole journey with a practice enquiry so nobody who gets in touch slips through.
Tools: TikTok comments and messages, your CRM or enquiry log, and Claude.
You’ll leave with: a set of replies and a routine for who answers and when.

See what it brought you, and what to do next
After four weeks you’ll judge TikTok on enquiries and sales, not views. Claude helps you separate what you know from what you’re guessing, spot where people dropped off, and pick one change for your next three videos. If you sell products or want to try ads or local creators later, there’s an optional part to help you decide.
Tools: TikTok analytics, your enquiry log, and Claude.
You’ll leave with: a clear decision to carry on, change or stop, and your next three videos planned.

Why most TikTok doesn’t bring in work
Going viral isn’t the goal.
A video with thousands of views and no enquiries is just entertainment. The businesses that win on TikTok answer the questions their buyers are already asking, and make it really easy to take the next step.
- Copying trends that don’t suit your business
- Posting with no way for people to get in touch
- Counting views and likes, not customers
- Giving up after a few weeks with no idea why
- Videos that answer what your customers really ask
- A tested next step behind every video
- Replies ready, so every enquiry is answered
- A four week review that shows what TikTok brought you

Your questions, answered
When can I start?
Now. It’s open, so join the Academy and you can start straight away. Already a member? Log in and start the course.
What do I need?
Your phone, a TikTok account, Claude and a way for interested people to get in touch with you. You don’t need paid editing software, an AI presenter or an advertising account.
Do I need to do anything first?
Yes. Every video leads to your offer and is aimed at your favourite customers, so do Your AI Marketing Brain, Find the Customers You Actually Want and Create an Offer Your Clients Can’t Say No To first.
I don’t like being on camera. Is this for me?
Yes. You can film your hands, your work or a demonstration and record your voice over the top. Plenty of businesses do well on TikTok without ever showing their face.
Is TikTok only for shops and young people?
No. The first part of the course helps you check whether your customers are on there before you spend any time on it. Service businesses can do well too, by answering the questions people ask before they buy.
Will I get lots of customers straight away?
Nobody can promise that. What you will have after four weeks is a working route from a video to an enquiry, and real evidence of whether TikTok is worth more of your time.
Does it cover TikTok Shop and ads?
There’s an optional part that helps you decide whether Shop, working with local creators or a small ad test makes sense for you. You don’t need any of them to finish the course.
What’s the example business?
Ellie, a jeweller in Cheltenham who makes engagement rings and remakes old family jewellery, so you can see every step in action. There are tips for service businesses too.
Do members pay extra?
No. It’s included in your membership, like every other course.
