What it does for you

Your AI finds the sales. You decide who to call.

By the end of the course this is working for your business every week. Here’s what it does, and how.

01

Find the sales hidden in your past customers

Your AI looks back over the whole life of your business to find out who your customers are, why they chose you, why some stopped buying, what each one spent and where they are now. It spots who could buy again, and drafts a message for each one.

How: with your permission, your AI reads your invoices, emails, chats, CRM and Zoom or Teams meeting notes. Or, if you’d rather not connect anything, a spreadsheet you download and upload.

02

Find new customers like your best ones

Your AI turns your best customers into a search, then finds businesses that match. It checks whether each one is growing, finds the decision maker, suggests the right approach and prepares a personal email for you to check.

How: AI prospecting every month, using Companies House, Apollo and other public sources, and reading the buying signals that show a business is ready, such as growing accounts, a new director or new premises.

03

Know who to call first

Every lead is scored A, B or C against your ideal customer, with the reason, and put into one pipeline. No more guessing who’s worth your time.

How: your AI works out who your best customers are from your own accounts, emails and meeting notes, then scores every lead against them.

Five people to contact, every morning

Every weekday your list is waiting: five people worth contacting today, why now is a good time, and a personal message for each. Follow ups after quotes go out on time and stop the moment someone replies.

How: a daily task in your AI tool watches your pipeline and new matches for you. You read every message and decide what gets sent, from your own mailbox.

Introductions from people who know you

Before you contact a new prospect cold, find out who you already know who knows them. Drop in your LinkedIn connections, customer list, accounts and phone contacts, say who you want to sell to, and our Find a Connection tool shows who you already know there and the best people to ask for a personal introduction.

How: it all works on your own screen, so your contact lists are never uploaded anywhere, and it writes a friendly introduction request for each person, ready for you to send.

Partners who multiply your sales

Your AI finds the businesses and groups that already have hundreds of your customers, such as associations, suppliers and businesses that do the job before or after yours, and ranks them by how many customers they could send you. Then it helps you make an offer they’ll want to say yes to.

How: your AI looks at who your best customers already buy from, then searches the web and Companies House for real businesses near you.

Why not just ask AI yourself?

The right prompts. The right results.

What you get out of AI depends entirely on what you put in. That’s the part you miss if you try to do this alone. In the course you get the right prompts and scripts, in the right order, built on 25 years of marketing, so you get the right results first time.

Trying it alone
  • Weeks working out what to ask, and what to give it
  • Vague answers, and lists of anyone, not the customers you want
  • No way to tell if what it found is any good
  • Unsure what’s safe to connect, or who you’re allowed to contact
With the course
  • Proven prompts and scripts you copy, fill in and run
  • Your brief and scorecard, so it finds the customers you actually want
  • Pictures of every screen, so you know exactly where to click
  • Safe set up and the rules, built into every step

Secure by design

Find out how to connect safely and securely.

The information you give your AI stays private. It isn’t made public or shown to anyone else. Handing your business information to AI still feels like a big step, so security is built into every part of this course. Before anything is connected, we give you the right prompts, settings and checks, so you know exactly how your data is protected and that you stay in control.

🔒 How each company looks after your data

Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google) all keep your chats and anything you connect private to your own account and encrypted. Nothing is made public unless you choose to share a chat. Each one also lets you stop your conversations being used to train its AI: in Claude, Settings, Privacy, turn off “Help improve Claude”. In ChatGPT, Settings, Data controls, turn off “Improve the model for everyone”. In Gemini, turn off “Keep activity”. We show you how before you add any customer information.

The apps you connect, such as your CRM, email or accounts, link up through their own secure sign in. Your passwords are never shared with AI, it only reads what you allow, and you can disconnect at any time. AI drafts, you approve, and nothing is sent without you.

Rather not connect anything? You don’t have to. Every step works by uploading only what you feel comfortable sharing, such as a spreadsheet you’ve downloaded and tidied yourself, and you still get the same results.

Within the rules. Email and data protection rules, including UK GDPR and PECR, still apply, and the course shows you who you can contact. AI can get things wrong, so check every score and message, and never share passwords, bank or card details or sensitive personal information with AI.

Please note: this course is general training, not legal or data protection advice. You’re responsible for how you use AI tools and your customer data, including following UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the terms of the tools you use. Third party tools are provided by their own companies under their own terms, and Pink Elephant Media isn’t responsible for them. If you’re unsure about anything, check the ICO’s guidance at ico.org.uk or speak to a qualified adviser.

45 lapsed clients found. And why each one left.

I asked my own AI Marketing Brain to go through my email, my invoices and my CRM, find every client who had stopped buying and work out why. It saved the reason on each client’s record and helped me prepare a win back plan. I checked the results, and nothing was sent to anyone.

What’s in the course

Seven short parts. One working system.

Work through it at your own pace. No videos to sit through: every part is written step by step, with pictures of every screen, the right prompts to copy and safety checks built in, and ends with something working for your business.

1. Let AI find your best customers

Your AI goes through your accounts, emails, CRM and Zoom or Teams meeting notes, and tells you who your best customers really are, why they buy and the issues they keep raising. No guesswork. You also switch on AI notes so every future meeting is captured.
You’ll have: your best customers found from the evidence, your ideal customer brief and your A, B, C scorecard.

2. Find the leads you already have

Your AI brings together everyone who already knows you, from your accounts, emails, chats and CRM, or from a spreadsheet if you’d rather not connect.
You’ll have: one clean list of everyone who already knows you, and why the quiet ones went quiet.

3. Score them and follow up the right way

Every lead scored and in your pipeline, with a first message and a follow up that stays within the rules.
You’ll have: a pipeline tagged A, B or C, and follow ups that send themselves once you approve them.

4. Find new prospects every month

Your AI searches Companies House, Apollo and other sources for businesses like your best customers, and reads the buying signals that show they’re ready: growing accounts, new directors, new premises, new investment. It runs again every month.
You’ll have: 25 new prospects a month with a reason to get in touch now, checked against the rules.

5. Get introduced by people who already know you

Drop in your LinkedIn connections, customer list, accounts and phone contacts, and our Find a Connection tool shows who you already know at each prospect, and the best people to ask for a personal introduction. Your lists never leave your own screen.
You’ll have: a warm way in to your best prospects, and your first introduction requests ready to send.

6. Find partners who can multiply your sales

Your AI finds the businesses and groups that already have hundreds of your customers, ranks them by how many they could send you, and helps you make an offer they’ll want to say yes to.
You’ll have: your top partners found, and your first partner approaches ready to send.

7. Get five people to contact every morning

Your daily list switches on and watches your pipeline for you.
You’ll have: five people to contact every weekday, each with a message ready to approve.

Before you sign up

Your questions, answered

Is it ready now?

Yes. It’s live now. Join the Academy and you can start today.

Do I need to do anything first?

Yes. Do Find the Customers You Actually Want first. Your AI needs to know who you’re looking for before it can find them.

Is the information I give AI kept private?

Yes, and you stay in control of it. It stays in your own AI account, covered by that provider’s security and privacy policy, and your AI can only reach what you choose to connect. Before you add business or customer information, take two minutes to check your settings:
Claude: Settings, Privacy, turn off “Help improve our AI models”. Claude’s guide
Prefer not to connect anything? Every step works with a download of your data instead.

Who am I allowed to contact?

The rules are different for limited companies, and for sole traders and individuals. The course explains them in plain English, shows you how to check each contact, and how to make your first message one people are happy to receive. It’s general guidance, not legal advice.

Will it send emails for me?

No. It finds the people and drafts the messages. You read every one and decide whether to send it. Any follow ups go from your own mailbox, to people you’re allowed to contact.

Do I need a CRM?

No. It works with most CRMs, and with a plain spreadsheet if that’s what you use.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

You can start on Claude’s free plan. Some app connections, and scheduling your daily list, need a paid plan, from £18 a month plus VAT, paid to Anthropic. If you’d rather not pay, you can upload files instead and run the daily prompt yourself.

Is this legal advice?

No. The course is general training. If you’re unsure about your situation, check the ICO’s guidance or speak to a qualified adviser.

Do members pay extra?

No. It’s included in your membership, like every other course.
