Pink Elephant Media is a growing award-winning web development company based in Cirencester, UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Admin Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from clients and suppliers
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
• Manage and maintain company databases and files
• Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
• Prepare reports and presentations as required
• Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
• Manage office supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Familiarity with web development and technology industry a plus
