About the Speaker

Tom Allchurch is the founder, senior partner, and business growth coach at ActionCOACH Stroud & Trowbridge. Tom has started four businesses over the last 25 years, including one that grew to 500 employees and £80 million of turnover over ten years, and has raised over £300 million of debt and equity to grow businesses. Tom is a mining engineer, who spent a lot of time in the coal industry, and over his career, Tom has created 4,000 years worth of employment for people and managed not to kill anyone… although a couple of clients have recently tested his resolve!
